Why "Wine Care" and not "Wine Curation"?

I came up with this name because it perfectly reflects what I believe in. I want to curate the wines for your restaurant, your event, and your experience—not as a distant, cold consultant, but as someone deeply committed and involved. I want to curate wines with dedication and participation. I want to understand your "pain points" and create solutions. I want to be part of your team. I want to see your customers praising the service, your waitstaff recommending the best wine from your list, and, most importantly, I want the wines in your restaurant to sell and bring in significant profit. Having an incredible wine list that doesn’t sell is like throwing money away...

I believe in care, in dedication, and in valuing your business. That’s why I take on the role of a Wine Caretaker rather than just a Wine Curator.
